GROUND Sourced is based on a holistic philosophy of health and happiness for mind, body and planet.
Each product within the Ground Sourced range has been carefully researched from the beginning of its transformational journey out of the earth to our body, mind and spirit and back again in an organic, gentle and authentic manner.
Ground sourced is the culmination of the journey of discovery for products we can add to our day to day to bring holistic health and wellness. Consciously curated by the Groundsquad (the team behind Ground New Farm, Ground Wellness, Ground Experiences and Ground Ctrl Business), each product in the collection has a story to tell that echoes with the underpinning holistic philosophy of health and happiness for mind, body and planet.
Values underpinning the selection of each item include, place of origin, intention of creation and organic make-up. We seek rich, nutrient filled products with a direct connection between our spirit and earth.
The life cycle of our honey range (Hive and Harvest) illustrates the relationship each Ground Sourced product must hold for consideration as part of our curated range. In Brisbane, the Hive and Harvest range begins honey production on the roofs of New Farm Powerhouse, Brisbane rooftops including Fig Tree Pocket and Paddington and the Mt Coo-tha Forest, these areas, chosen for their floral abundance, naturally infuse their native goodness into the honey, thus contributing to the body’s essential search for harmony between what we eat and where we live. To support our bees we have selected Lifecykel's Bee Pollination kit from our friends at Byron Bay, who collect used coffee grounds and recycled cups to complete our full cycle from planet to us and back again, sharing all the goodness that each part if the process has to offer. We additionally support our bees through Save the Bees Australia with our suppliers The Social Alchemy.
Our Apothecary range has been curated with products which have been supporting the health and wellness of our Groundsquad at Ground New Farm and Ground Wellness. Assisting our overall wellness, products including Lifecykel's Lion's Mane and Reishi extracts, used in our coffee, aid our flow through, and adaption to all the ups and downs of this unpredictable life. Additionally coming from our friends in Byron Bay who then use coffee grounds to grow more mushrooms. Another cycle complete.
